Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a balanced mix of structured activities and individual goal exploration. Classes are designed to welcome diverse abilities and learning styles, with adaptations and supports individualized to each participant’s needs.

This is a space where clients can move, lift, stretch, and grow—safely and joyfully—while building skills and confidence alongside peers.
